The Deputy Principal supports the Principal in providing both strategic and day to day leadership. Working alongside the Principal, the Deputy is responsible for the implementation of the Roseville College Vision, Mission and Values in the daily operation of the College and the implementation of the Roseville College Strategic Direction; Realising Purpose. The Deputy works collaboratively with other College leaders to develop consistent practices and policies from Kindergarten to Year 12. As a Christian leader, the Deputy Principal positively influences the culture of learning and wellbeing, for the benefit of the whole College community.
The successful applicant will be, personally and professionally, an outstanding role model who is aligned with the College values and relates to others with integrity and compassion. They will be an exceptional educator and leader with the necessary drive to grow and nurture others to be likewise. They will have the capacity to engage and inspire students, staff, parents and the wider community. Communications and Marketing Officer
The Communications and Marketing Officer is an integral part of the College community and will take initiative for effective communication
with key messages around the College’s strategic direction and provide effective marketing, communications and publications
services to the College. Working collaboratively with staff, you will oversee the design, production and distribution of College
publications and stationery, support the website and digital presence, assist with evaluation and strategic planning of online
activities, digital images, style guide, website data uploads and other related duties in support of the College.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in Communications / Publications/ Marketing.
- Corporate writing and exposure to strategic communication practice
- Informed understanding of Marcom principals
- Experience in project, process and production management
- Specific and proven skills in Indesign and Photoshop, Website HTML
- Ability to develop a range of communication materials including web content and collateral, with the ability to coordinate production and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, capacity to update website content, ability to quickly learn online systems and keep knowledge up to date
- Sound understanding of graphic design and appropriate software packages
- Track record of excellent customer service and an eye for design
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate well with staff
- Ability to work in a team as well as self-motivated
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian values.
