Academic Excellence: SC/HSC Results
At Roseville we create an atmosphere where challenge and achievement are
encouraged. Rigour, diversity and balance have been, and will continue to be the
cornerstones of the Roseville philosophy.
Roseville students continue to excel academically, even though the intake of girls to the college is non-selective.
The outstanding HSC results from the Class of 2007 placed Roseville College 48th in the State in the merit list of top schools.21% of Roseville students gained a UAI over 95 and 47% gained a UAI over 90. Two Roseville girls were awarded the Premier's Award for All-round Excellence in the HSC.

The Class of 2009 also achieved excellent results in the 2007 School Certificate. In English Literacy, 80% of Roseville students were placed in the top 2 bands compared to 34% of the State. In Mathematics 58% of Roseville students were placed in the top 2 bands compared to 22% of the State and in Science 68% of Roseville students were placed in the top 2 bands compared to 37% of the State. For mandatory History 68% of Roseville students were placed in the top 2 bands compared to 25% of the State and in mandatory Geography 81% of Roseville students were placed in the top 2 bands compared to 33% of the State.
